Todd Van Hoose

As senior vice president of government affairs, Todd Van Hoose represents CoBank before Congress, the administration and regulatory agencies. He is based in Washington, D.C., and is a member of the bank’s Senior Leadership Team.

Prior to joining CoBank, Mr. Van Hoose was senior vice president of government affairs for the Farm Credit Council, a national trade association representing institutions of the Farm Credit System. He has also held positions on Capitol Hill and with the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Mr. Van Hoose is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations.
