Stephen B. Secor is senior vice president of Operations for CoBank.  In this role, Mr. Secor leads a division of nearly 100 CoBank associates responsible for loan booking, funding and accounting; loan syndication and participation servicing; loan and lease payment processing; lease origination; funds transfer; international trade services and letter of credit processing.

Secor join CoBank in 2002 as director of Loan Operations and has supported the customer service and loan accounting functions in roles of increasing responsibility throughout his tenure. 

Prior to joining CoBank, Mr. Secor spent eight years with U.S. Bank serving in a variety of roles including management of credit initiation and customer service.  A financial services veteran, he began his career at Citicorp Diners Club as a financial analyst.

Mr. Secor earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Reed College in Portland, Oregon and a master’s degree in international management at the University of Denver.  He is based in Denver, Colorado.
