As general counsel, Greg Buehne is responsible for providing legal counsel to all areas of CoBank’s business operations. He also oversees the bank’s board relations function and serves on the Senior Leadership Team.

Prior to joining CoBank in 2011, Mr. Buehne served as senior vice president for legal and legislative services at U.S. AgBank in Wichita, Kansas, with responsibility for the bank’s legal, government affairs and strategic planning functions. With more than 25 years of experience within the Farm Credit System, Mr. Buehne has served in executive legal roles at AgAmerica, Western Farm Credit Bank and the Farm Credit Bank of Spokane.

Mr. Buehne earned a bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Kansas.
