Wayne S. Allen is the owner/operator of Allen Farms, a rice growing operation. He is also part owner and managing general partner of Bread Store, L.P., a family-owned commercial property management company. He lives in Nevada City, California.

Mr. Allen is a member and former officer of Sacramento County Farm Bureau. He also served 10 years on the California Farm Bureau Rice Committee and on the National Farm Bureau Rice Committee. Additionally, Mr. Allen served as the Farm Bureau representative on the California Rice Industry Committee. He is a member of Cal West Seeds, a seed marketing cooperative, and served as chairman of the board of directors for several years.

Mr. Allen has an associate degree from Sacramento City College. He had previously served on the U.S. AgBank board. He now sits on CoBank’s Risk committee.
