Jim Kinsey is the owner/operator of Kinsey’s Oak Front Farms, a purebred Angus seed-stock operation in Flemington, West Virginia. He is also a director on the board of Farm Credit of the Virginias.

Mr. Kinsey earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Fairmont State University. He has served on the CoBank board since 2001 and is on the Compensation and Executive committees.
