Scott Markham is the owner and operator of Markham Farms, Inc., a diversified corn, dairy heifer and beef operation in Constableville, New York. He is a former chairman and director for Farm Credit East formerly known as First Pioneer Farm Credit and Farm Credit of Western New York. He is also a former chairman of Empire Farm Credit and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Town of West Turin, New York.

Mr. Markham received an associate degree from the State University of New York at Canton. He joined the CoBank board of directors in 2010 and is on the Audit committee.
