Catherine Moyer is CEO and general manager for Pioneer Communications, a telephone and communications company that serves residents and businesses across southwestern Kansas.

Ms. Moyer is the immediate past chairman and sits on the board for the Organization for the Promotion and Advancement of Small Telecommunications Companies (OPASTCO), a national trade association. She is a director for Leadership Kansas, a leadership program for Kansas civic and business leaders. Ms. Moyer also sits on the Kan-ed Advisory Committee, a government program in Kansas aimed at increasing collaboration between the state’s K-12 schools, institutions of higher education, libraries and hospitals. Additionally, she is a commissioner on the Kansas Lottery Commission.

Ms. Moyer holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Middlebury College and a law degree from Washburn University. She was appointed to CoBank’s board in 2010 and is on the Risk committee.
